Returns Policy

Items Damaged in Transit

Please inform us within 7 days of this and we’ll supply you with a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation number) so that you can return it. You must contact us first and have a RMA number before returning it.

We can then organise a courier to pick up the item(s) from you and once we receive the item(s) back (Altough, If the item(s) are visibly damaged when you received them, it’s best to sign the courier delivery note stating this). Once we receive the item(s) back, we’ll issue a replacement and resend the order to you or offer a full refund.

Items Faulty or Missing Parts on Arrival

Please inform us within 10 days of this and we’ll either send you the missing parts or you can return the order if its faulty and we’ll either replace it or offer a full refund. Please contact us first we’ll issue you with a RMA.

If you change your mind

Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item excluding delivery charges which is cost you to return the order back to us.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are NOT damaged, NOT defective or incorrect item that you have purchased. Please contact us first we’ll issue you with a RMA.

Please note, custom made drawer boxes or other products made to your needs are not included in the 30-day returns guarantee and are not returnable unless damaged or faulty.

*RMA means Returns Merchandise Authorisation number
